It’s been 4 years since the first word of a RAM Rebel TRX came out. Back in June 2018 FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) confirmed the truck got the go-ahead for production.
Initially, the truck was destined as an off-road half-ton, but then came news of a possible supercharged engine, making it the most powerful factory-engined half-ton truck ever. Setting the tone for the reveal was a video of explosions, fire, dinosaur roars, heavy rock music, engine roars, jets, rockets, and the whine of a supercharger.

Off-Road – Desert Racing

Inside of the Rebel TRX
12″ touchscreen had UConnect 4C as standard with SiriusXM 360L. Applications on the screen include drive modes, performance pages, and off-road pages. Audio is powered by a 900-watt, 19-speaker Harmon Kardon sound system. A first for RAM Trucks is the new Heads-up-display. Heated and ventilated premium Natura Plus leather with perforated suede accents cover the front bucket and rear bench seats. An SRT-inspired steering wheel has a flat bottom with enhanced grips with optional suede and carbon fiber accents.
A 360-degree Surround View Camera system includes a front-facing camera making it easier to navigate rocks or rough terrain.
Equipment Groups on the RAM Rebel TRX (TR1 and TR2) feature a Modular Lightweight Load-bearing Equipment / Pouch Attachment Ladder System (MOLLE/PALS) on the seatback that enables bags and other equipment to be weaved in place.
Safety Technology
Standard safety features include Electronic Stability Control ESC, Parkview rear back up camera, and electronic roll mitigation
Lane Keep Assist, and Lane Departure warnings.
Adaptive Cruise Control, Ready Alert Braking, Full-Speed Forward Collision Warning-Plus. Blind-spot Monitoring are all available options.
