2020 GMC Acadia AT4
A freshened exterior look comes to the GMC Acadia for 2020, but also a new trim level called the Acadia AT4. Acadia AT4”s offer a rugged off-road inspired look.
What else is new for 2020 Acadia’s
The 3-row mid-size SUV gets a new grille design, front and rear fascias and signature LED lighting standard for 2020.
New for 2020 model’s are some safety features that now come standard on all trim levels (SLE, SLT AT4 and Denali).
- Rear Cross Traffic Alert
- Side Blind Zone Alert
- Lane Change Alert
- Rear Park Assist
A new 2.0L turbo engine in now standard on the SLT trim.
Also new, is the transmission which is a 9-speed automatic with Electronic Precision Shift. This system replaces the shift column with a series of buttons to electronically change gear, freeing up more space in the center console area.

2020 GMC Acadia AT4’s have a rugged off-road inspired look with a black grille and black exterior accents. Ground clearance is 7 inches.

Acadia AT4 trims have smaller wheels, allowing for more gnarly higher profile all-terrain tires, a must if travelling on dirt roads.
Traction Select is a system that allows the driver to select different drive modes for optimal traction depending on conditions.

- Sport
- Off-Road
- Trailer/Tow (if equipped)

Towing is up to 4000lb with the 3.6L V6 engine and when equipped with the Trailering Package.
Technology
Being as GMC is a premium brand, this rugged AWD SUV loaded with plenty tech and still pretty luxurious on the inside.
Infotainment consists of an 8″ diagonal color touch-screen embedded in the dash has Apple CarPlay and Android Auto functionality. Compatible smartphone app icons are displayed on the screen. Hands-free music, calls, texting and navigation is all hands-free and voice-activated.
A 4G LTE WiFi hotspot is available, however will requires the purchase a data plan through AT&T. This could be useful for working on the go or keeping kiddos’ entertained on a road trip.
Enhanced sound quality comes in the form of a Bose Premium Sound System with 8 speakers including a subwoofer.
Heated front driver and passenger seats to keep you comfortable in cold temperatures.
