Employee Spotlight: Dawn Messling 
Dawn Messling recently joined the Fremont Motors Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram store in Casper, Wyoming. Dawn works as a sales consultant, selling new and pre-owned vehicles. Dawn was born in Illinois, but grew up and graduated in Thermopolis and has now lived in Wyoming for 34 years.
She is definitely an inspiring lady for all people out there. Dawn is a single mother of three children and works to support her family, having been literally thrown in at the deep end to learn a trade she never once thought about. Dawns only previous experience in the auto trade was on the other side…buying vehicles.
This, however, in turn, is a great attribute to have, knowing how it feels to be the customer. That is why Dawn is determined about making the buying experience a positive one. She hopes to prove wrong the old stigmas about car salespeople.
Using her knowledge and bright bubbly personality, “Treat people the way I want people to treat me”, she says. Dawn has been involved in sales and manufacturer training since she started with Fremont, her learning curve on vehicles is increasing exponentially and she will be happy to assist you in finding the right vehicle to fit your needs.
Whether it be a Jeep for some tough terrain, a car for fuel economy or a truck to get the job done.
Honesty and integrity is how Dawn conducts business and she wants to treat people like they are not just a sale, but a person.
